“Malcolm brings experience and proven scoring ability to our backcourt,” said Joel Anthony, General Manager and co-owner of the Alliance. “His track record of success in the CEBL and professional mindset align perfectly with the culture we’re continuing to build here in Montréal.”

Duvivier arrives in Montréal with extensive CEBL experience, having played four seasons with the Vancouver Bandits before his time with Calgary. He currently ranks 10th in CEBL history for total minutes played, 18th for total points, and seventh for total three-pointers made.

Known for his scoring ability and three-point shooting, Duvivier recorded multiple standout performances last season, including a 21-point outing against Winnipeg and 20 points against Vancouver. His professional career has also taken him to Finland’s Tapiolan Honka, where he averaged 15.4 points and 3.8 assists, and to France’s Hermine Nantes Atlantique.

“Malcolm represents exactly the kind of player we want wearing an Alliance jersey,” said Alliance head coach Jermaine Small. We expect him to be both a vocal leader in our locker room and someone our fans will immediately connect with. He’s established himself as one of the most reliable outside threats in CEBL history, and his competitive fire will elevate everyone around him.”

“I’m thrilled to join the Alliance and become part of Montréal’s passionate basketball community,” added Duvivier. “My game is built on toughness and consistency – values I know Montréal fans appreciate. I can’t wait to step onto the court at Verdun Auditorium and help this team compete for a championship.”
